Milk goes a long way before it reaches the milk processing enterprises. That’s why it is very important to insure all the necessary transportation conditions. The maintenance of temperature
conditions & sanitary standards are the basic requirements for milk transportation.
“ProLiv", JLtd. uses only specialized transport to accomplish these tasks.
Our Company suggests food tanks of 20 & up to 22 tons equipped with thermal insulation for large volume & long-distance milk transportation. The thermal isolation ensures the safety of milk throughout the route.
Bottom valves protect the product from entering the downspouts. All tanks are made of stainless steel and have a breakdown on sections.
We suggest to our Clients new milk tanks which meet the requirements of Dairy Industry Standards. & have volume from 3 000 to 16 000 liters for sampling milk from farms. These tanks can stop off in any farm due to their size. The central cleaning system, installed on the milk truck, guarantees perfect purity of the transport supplied under loading.
The process of milk procurement requires special control of quality & quantity of loading product.
That’s why our trucks are equipped with pumps with enumerates and mini-lab that allows to pick up and deliver the samples of milk to the plant, which provide more in-depth analysis for the product and decide disputes between the Consigner and the Consignee about the quality of the product.
